the venue is clean, with magnificent location next to the shopping area as well as areas as konak and clock tower square in about 15 minutes, the nice promanade in about 10 minutes and alsancak in about 30 minutes.

Enjoyed the spacious room, especially the huge bed with great comfort. The room always felt fresh thanks to daily housekeeping. I appreciated the good water pressure in the shower and the tasty options available at breakfast, although some variety would be a plus. The location worked well for me, with access to nearby attractions and public transport. I faced some issues like noise from outside traffic, noticeable even on the fifth floor. The mattress was too soft for my preference and caused some back discomfort. The swimming pool closed too early in the evening, limiting my options for relaxation after a long day. Breakfast could use a bit more variety to match the hotel's rating. Some staff struggled with English, and I noticed inconsistent cleanliness in my initial room. A mixed experience with room for improvements in a couple of areas.

Staff was very friendly. Location was central. Very spacious and comfortable room, with a good bathroom. Cosy indoor pool with a nice skylight. Excellent breakfast!

Channel offering on the TV was very poor.

The indoor pool and sauna were well-maintained and inviting. The pool closed too early daily.

Staff are always ready to help , they are experts with customer service ,

there is not even one Arabic channel in their TV net work .

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, just steps away from the bustling local market and significant cultural centers. The spacious rooms provided a comfortable retreat after my nature-filled explorations, and I found the hotel staff accommodating, addressing my needs promptly. The variety at breakfast, with options tailored to dietary preferences, was another highlight that fueled my adventures each day.

Unfortunately, the noise from the surrounding area can disrupt sleep, especially at night.

The hotel boasts impeccably clean rooms with an impressive shower pressure, but its location is a bit less desirable and can be noisy at times. Breakfast was adequate and staff were friendly, though parking information could be better communicated in advance.

Ontur Izmir Otel was centrally located. Clean, modern, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfasts and a very good internet rate. The staff are very helpful and go well out of their way to help us. The hotel is close to train stain and good local resturants. Highly recommended.
